Brainrot Spreads like the Plague

The spread of brainrot has reached a high on the internet. Terms associated with this subpar, low-brow, and overwhelmingly obnoxious content have slowly been being integrated into language as Gen Z slang.

Ian Somewhat Better

After another school year, another failed long-distance relationship, and no romantic future in sight,  Ian is once again feeling low. On the lighter side of things, the school year did recharge the social battery, but it did not last throughout the year. Mr. M does feel better than he did before his senior year of high school. A trip to Savannah, Georgia, finding another long-distance love, and reuniting with friends helped to pull him out of his last depressive episode. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. The end of his relationship with the added stress of preparations for graduating led to him feeling tired and alone. These effects would then last for months, until he would enroll in college. Any and all feelings of loneliness and sadness would proceed to come back at night, when he was tired. To this day, he feels alright most of the time, but every now and then, they resurface. Ian finds that it helps him to write about his feelings. His writings can be found in his notes or on his private webpage.
